Great experience. I was stressed about traveling with a baby but this place eased my mind. I was able to rent a wagon, crib and high chair and everything was delivered and picked up making it hassle free. I would recommend this to anyone!

No delivery, no response. Submitted online order with delivery date, noted an evening arrival time on our end. Got a prompt call confirming order with no qualifications or details. I follow-ed up via email to confirm they saw my arrival time and that delivery for that date and time (putting the same date and time in my original order) worked. They responded promptly via a brief email it didn't; after a few exchanges we worked out they could deliver and leave at our house that morning before we arrived. At this point, I had specified a few times the date and our timing; they were quick and friendly to respond but always brief and not very specific. Two days before arrival I emailed with drop off instructions for where to leave the things and added something to our order. Got a quick phone call confirming the new order and delivery. Arrived, nothing there. Called number and left message saying this, also emailed. LUCKILY our rental ended up having a pack and play and high chair so my baby wasn't left stranded late at night with a place to sleep. I never heard anything from these guys that they had tried to deliver, forgot, had another date down, or at least an apology. NOTHING.

Would absolutely recommend this service! Reggie was so pleasant to work with and made the whole experience of getting everything we needed to travel with the littles (jumper, umbrella, toddler rail, high chair) so seamless. Dropped off well before our arrival and picked up after we left. Rates seem to be the most competitive as well.

Delivered on time before we even arrived, easy setup, and got it picked up when we left. So easy & convenient! Baby slept amazing while on our vacation! Will definitely be using them again!
