I went there about a month ago and had no problems at all. I was the only one there and the young lady who was at the front was friendly and making sure everything was sanitized. My only complaints are they had no air conditioning on just ceiling fans and it was hot. My other complaint is it looks like they are now out of business. I went by there twice now and it's been closed. I tried calling and the phone is disconnected. I hope they reopen because it was very convenient for me as I live right next door in Shady Rest and use a mobility scooter to get around.

If I could them no stars I would. Absolutely worst please don’t ever come here. It was the first time I was dropping off my laundry for them to wash for me. I was told twice, once over the phone and once in person that my laundry would come out to be 50. Come in to pick up my laundry and all of a sudden the price change to 117. They claim that because the “owner was coming in“ that they had to adjust the price for starching and folding it. Which mind you, I never received a receipt, nor did I agree to them starching my clothes. As soon as I explained to them that the girl never gave us a printed receipt of how much it was going to be and or proper estimate, and that we were not aware of our clothes being starched, all they had to say was OK well don’t give me a hard time. I wound up walking out of there still paying 105 in the end. Come here if you want to be ripped off. I’ll never take by business here again.
Horrible service. Owner is rude. Change machine gives out incorrect change and when you tell the owner she says its impossible and refuses to do anything about it. She argues and pretty much calls you a liar instead of making the customer happy. I used to bring my dry cleaning there also and my clothes had fuzz all over them when they came back. Don't waste your time or money. There's another laundromat right around the corner.
I drove here one night after work to wash my comforter because my cat got sick on it. I drove around the parking lot for 20 minutes because the sign doesn’t light up. Then by the time I finally got in they told me the last wash was at 6:30pm and I was too late. Their website said last was at 7:30pm.

I came here to use the largest washer for my comforters and I pay 6.00 for it but the kick of this is that when it ended, the comforters were soaking wet. Apparently the spinner is not long enough to wring out the comforters. To dry these comforters I spend a lot of on the dryers. Last time I come here. They take advantage and they don't care if you complain.
If you want huge, brown, free formed stains on your laundered shirts then this is the place for you. Upon picking up my garments, I was greeted by not 1, not 2, but 3 huge stains on 3 separate shirts. When I took the shirts back to the laundromat, I was told that the shirts would be redone. I wanted my money back as well as compensation for the damaged shirts. Nope, redo was what was offered. After the redo, the stains remained. The manager was rude and did not care that the stains were still there-- it wasn't his fault and he claimed that I probably created them. He said that it was not their responsibility to refund or compensate for damaged items as he claimed the back of the receipt stated. No where on the receipt does it state that. I asked that he showed me the statement on the receipt and he said he didn't know the policy by heart and that I could stand there all day if I wanted to, because nothing would change.
Bad service. My white shirts become yellow. When I asked why? They offer me to add extra bleach for an extra fee. I agree, but my brand new Tomy shirt with blue collar was damaged They denied in my face their mistake and told me that the shirt was broken already. In one occasion, a full bag of sacks just vanish. Never get my sacks back. In another occasion, my bill of 13 dollars was raised to 16 without announcement. My complaint was responded with “If we don’t meet your standards, you shall find another cleaner” Too bad is not a way to rate them with Zero. They deserve it
