I adopted my sweet girl from here. She’s the calmest, most well behaved, sweetest dog I have ever encountered. She’s awesome with my toddler and baby and we can’t ever imagine letting her go. I’m so happy to finally have a companion, our family is complete. Thank you Happy Heart!

Great rescue, so many people are working together to get these dogs cared for and adopted. Usually houses german shepherds and huskies, but other breeds come through too. Adopt from here I you're looking for a lifelong friend.

We adopted the best dog from here. Happy Hearts German Shepherd Rescue saved this sweet dog who was severely malnourished and neglected. Donna, the Director, is so passionate about rescuing dogs and was very responsive and helpful. We had been looking to adopt a dog for a while and had a good experience with this rescue. I would recommend that you look at dogs from this rescue even if you are not specifically looking for a German Shepherd as they have other breeds and German Shepherd mixes as well, all of whom are so cute and deserve a home.
