This place has the best cheese foam from any other boba/fresh tea place that I have been. The perfect saltiness, the texture and the taste of the cheese foam was all perfect! I tried their cheese foam with the fresh tea and it tasted awesome! The tea itself is a 4/5- was refreshing and had enough tea taste and not watered down. Service is a bit on the slower side. Would definitely come back to this place!

Unfortunately, the bad reviews concerning customer service are real. Upon reaching the counter I did not know whether or not the cashier was ready to take my order. The reason for this was because there was absolutely no greeting at all. Now, I'm not a "princess" or anything, but even a friendly glance up with a smile would have sufficed. However, all I saw was a very unhappy/sour look as if I had committed a crime upon this person's family member. I understand working on a Saturday afternoon is not desireable for everyone, however, if this is the case maybe working as a cashier who is required to provide "customer service" may not be the correct occupation. Replacing the register with a digital kiosk would have been more friendly than what I and many other in the review section have been subjected to. Avoid this place at all costs, do yourself a favor, and go to Teas Me Dear 1 block away. Way better service and the drinks are better.
0 customer service. ordered mango green tea，super sour and asked for little bit of water in it，got a cold face and super rude and refuse to reseal it. Definitely the worst bubble tea in NY.
Around 5:30 pm December 21, I order a green tea lemonade here, and the cashier lady is super rude and has a cold face. I understand working on Saturday in holiday season is super annoy; however, this is your own choice and your behavior is unprofessional. I hope store manager will notice such issue. Such employees will hurt store reputation.
Well-priced teas with a twist. Try their specialties, whether it be cheese on your boba tea, custard, or some special of the month. The tea is sweet and not too full of ice.
Worst customer service. Lady in the register can't rush you enough with your orders! Then basically throws your change back to you.
