Very friendly service, in a relaxing atmosphere, or so I'm told. I say that because I'm not a big relaxer, and well the experience was unique, I don't think it's for me, since I couldn't even last half an hour. If you're looking for an isolation tank experience, this is a good one, but if you don't think you'd like it, you're probably right.

Very clean facility with a great assortment of treatments available for relaxation. I got an hour long massage followed by an hour float in one of their sensory depravation tanks. If you haven’t tried it, it’s an experience you don’t want to miss out on. It’s hard to put into words how relaxed I was walking out of there. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I would give this place more stars if I could. From the wonderful customer service over the phone and in person from McKenzie. For informing me of what services they have to answering all of my question with great detail. Making me feel very comfortable for my first time trying infrared saunas. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to go. It is a very calming, clean and very relaxing place. Looking forward to my second appointment that I book right after my first time going. Thank you again McKenzie

This place is absolutely phenomenal. If you haven't tried floating, as someone who has tried most of the centers around Portland, I cannot recommend this place enough. The float tanks are pristine and the shop has a calming tranquil ambience. Kenzie and Helen are both very kind and have been pleasant to interact with. The rooms are stunning. I am in love with this place and have gone 3 times in the last 3 days. The benefits of floating are vast. Lowers heart rate and blood pressure, decreases cortisol levels, reduces chronic pain and increases circulation, allows your body to be free of pressure and tension, induces relaxation and zen, allows for a mental and physical disconnect from the world, and much more. Nearly 70 percent of Americans are deficient in Magnesium and there is roughly 1000lbs of epsom salt in each tank. This is amazing for your skin and body. Because of the salt content you do not prune up the slightest, in fact its the opposite, you come out with glowing healthy skin. Check out the membership plan they offer. It is literally the best self care deal you could ever buy for yourself. It would be an amazing Christmas gift too. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I would give it above 5 stars if I could. Thank you Aqua Float Spa for existing. I love you!!!

I was very nervous to float for the first time but the front desk woman was amazing! She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. The spa was so clean and the entire experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. Everything I needed was provided. Float tank as well as room was clean and well stocked with ear protectors, multiple towels, robe and clean water, as well as a solution to wash out eyes if you happen to get the salt water into them. Inside the room is the tank and a private shower. You are able to customize your float with/without music and lights. You can keep the tank open or close it depending on your comfort level. The bathrooms are outside of the rooms, and there is a common sink/mirror area with multiple blow dryers, lotion, and bottled water. This is also where an additional seating area is. Tea is provided and a fireplace for relaxing after your soak. Overall I would definitely come back. My only critique is that I could see, depending on the time of day that the bathroom/ relaxation area could get very noisy and potentially interrupt the ongoing sessions. This did not effect me in any way but I could see it happening. I will be coming back, and I highly encourage everyone to try it out!
