I really appreciate Eric's (from the apartment office) assistance with some paper work I needed to complete. He was very patient & understanding and ensured it was taken care of! 5 star customer service rating for Eric!

I have lived in Reflections at Happy Valley for the past 6 years. Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, I would recommend these apartments. Over these last couple years management, staff and maintenance have all stepped it up and are working extremely hard to better this community. A couple ladies in the office even take the time to remember your name! Very nice and personable if you ask me!!! We have had our garbage valet service for over a year now, which has helped keep our garbage areas clean and the maintenance guys work very hard keeping them that way, so thank you!

Haven't been here long, but I love what I've seen so far. Everything is clean for the most part. Management has been quick to respond to any issues I've had. I feel very at home here!

Let's see the five star photos from today! I have a few of my own from walking around today. Reflections is full of trash. I've lived here since 2017 and they want us to use this new service that they charge 25.00 a month. Why are the dumpsters outside of the gated area? I took pictures to show those people who sign a lease without seeing the property. I wish that Reflections would clean up this place. I am disappointed.
