This office since I called to make my appointment they were very professional and friendly. It was hard for me to get to there office because of transportation, BAY HARBOR MRI offered me free transportation and was able to get seen the same day, as I walked in they were ready for me no waiting time the was the best part. My doctor received my MRI reports the very next day. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. My doctor also highly recommend BAY HARBOR MRI

The images I had done here were the worst I or my doctors had ever seen! I had to have them all redone at my expense! They overbilled my insurance company and now they are sending me bills for what my insurance didn't pay. This place shouldn't even be in business!
