These guys are fantastic. There was a minor technical problem with a product I purchased. They did not have a fix. Instead of telling me to either use it the way it is, or that I needed to ship it back to get a refund, they just refunded the full purchase price and told me to keep the item. How many other companies would do that for an item that costs 50 plus shipping? They obviously are great to deal with and I recommend them completely.
My go to place for equipment and supplies. Nina and Nelson are so sweet. Very kind and patient. They take their time with every customer and make sure you leave with the right equipment and knowledge needed.
