Its a beautiful location, especially in the fall when the trees start to change color. The water and nature sounds are amazing. I would of loved to see that house that was built by it too

Entrance is 10. It has a really nice park. Parking lot is very clean. If you're coming here make sure you bring insects repellent because omg, all types of insects. Specially those flies that bite you. Anyways the water is nice, at the edge is dirty due to the mud, but it gets better. Be very careful tho, it's very deep. And make sure you get a good spot under trees because the sun will burn youuuuu. By the way, when you're getting to the location, you will see a traffic light that leads to a small road, if it's RED, make sure you respect it, there are cars coming towards you from in there. Enjoy.

Did a bike ride from Kittatinny Point to Turtle Beach in mid Dec....I was the only one there, it was very quiet & peaceful there along the Delaware.

Not really a beach, more of a nice little grassy area where you can go into the water. Lots of clay at the bottom. No sand. There is a bathroom and some foot washing stations as well as child life jackets for people to borrow. There is an admission fee per car.
