I sent out a roll of 35 millimeter film with pictures of family that are no longer with us. When I first went in to pick up the film I was told they lost it. The second time I went in they said It would take time because of Covid. The third time I went in, they said it would take another couple of weeks. I spent 1 hour on this past Saturday in the store with Doris and Linda, who is the Mgr. She was not concerned in helping as she put things on the shelf . I spent 1 hour on the phone with 3 different customer service reps. none of which new what 35 millimeter film was, then wanted to hand me off to Fuji film. I asked for a supervisor, Joe the rep, promptly hung up. When I called back Linda to explain, she laughed and basically had no interest in helping in any way at all. This from a CVS Manager. If this is customer service, they need to RETRAIN to say the least. I entrusted my family memories to CVS...who has now exposed the film and blamed it on me...the customer. How does one recoup ...the priceless?

Horrible customer service, don't read scripts and fill correctly. When you question them they act like you are bothering them.
I waited 20 min before anyone came to the curtain area to administer my flu shot. I was then told that because I had scheduled on line, she did not have my paperwork. I had to give up my seat of first in line and watch as three people who came in after me got their shots. Finally, after I complained to the person who checked me in, I got the shot. That person apologized at least.
I come to the CVS pharmacy frequently and usually have speedy fast service. But here lately, its been terrible. I waited in pick up line for over 15 mins, pulled out of line, went inside waited 20 minutes! Then they lost my medicine! I purchased 2 items and the lady at check out literally took over 10 mins to check me out. It was ridiculous. Im very dissatisfied. I understand the pharmacy has a lot going on, but you shouldn't have people doing COVID tests in drive thru, and holding up the line, set a certain time to do that so other people can go on about their day. My 30 min lunch break took over an hour which didn't go well when I returned to my job.
Fast, friendly, professional staff-- and they have drive through pharmacy pick up! We are luck to have a CVS this close to where we live.
