Friendly staff always happy to help, especially Billy and Howard! They are aways smiling when you see them and makes sure you have everything you came to get! Billy even went the extra mile to help get my grocery to the car while it was snowing! Thanks Westlake Kroger!

The guy running the self checkout, Chris, was not wearing a mask and kept getting real close to me. It's bad enough a lot of employees are not wearing masks, but don't get within 2 feet of me and risk getting me sick. Why were only half of the employees there wearing masks? And why late at night do you close half of your self checkout and force people so tight together. Why not leave both sections open and close the middle register in each section so I'm not right on top of someone when checking out.
Well I had a problem getting my first western union money wire to go through. The first customer service rep that handled it misspelled the persons name I was sending it to. I tried to tell her that it was incorrect and she insisted it wasn’t. Then when it didn’t go through properly I had to redo it. This time a customer service rep named Michelle had no clue how to fix it without me paying the transfer fee twice. Once they found someone who knew how to do it. Michelle was really condescending explaining to me that western union offered a service where I could do it all myself and then just come into the Kroger and let them scan it. She continued to ask me if I knew that western union offered that service as if I couldn’t understand what she was saying! As if I was ignorant. Didn’t quite understand why she kept asking me that. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t have any need to come inside for the transfer.
Just went to Kroger. They have one entrance closed for exit only and a roped off area to lead you to the other door (which is right in front of all the people exiting? ??). They have a big guy standing in the narrow roped off area. You can't get in the store without walking within a foot of him. No mask, gloves, anything... kind of defeats the purpose.
