Edit: The restaurant responded to this review, assuming that I have control over when an order is assigned to me or how Door Dash does business. I was assigned this order 10 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant and Door Dash said I had another 15 minutes before the order would even be ready for me to pick up. Regardless, I represent the customer and not Door Dash or the restaurant. I am appalled by the attitude of this restaurant and its management. This restaurant looks nice, but there is a deep problem here. As a delivery driver, I pick up orders on behalf of the actual customer. Everything displayed around the basic design and atmosphere of the restaurant itself (which, again, is very nice) seems focused on avoiding any fiscal responsibility of the restaurant owners. I had to pay (Door Dash actually did the paying) TWICE for an order because of problems beyond my or the actual customer's control. This is simply poor customer service; if they want to stay in business, they need to change this. I will not likely ever patronize this restaurant for my own meal.

A gem in Harker Heights! Great restaurant with great food! The food was so delicious and spot-on Venezuelan. The food took a bit longer to come out but worth the wait. Highly recommended.
This place is a hidden GEM! Was recommended by a friend and we're so glad she did. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and an excellent value on price point. We enjoyed a Tostones appetizer and our meal was an Arepa (sandwich style) and a Parrillita Bowl. We WILL be back for more!
Dined at this establishment for the second time yesterday. Truly a fantastic experience and the food is phenomenal. I had never experienced such genuine politeness and courtesy from a restaurant. Absolute pleasure eating there.
This was my delicious lunch. Everything here tastes amazing! The new location is spacious and looks great. I will definitely continue to visit!
