I am extremely disappointed with the service received. First, they spoke no English so there was a language barrier. Second, it took them over two hours to get here when I was given an arrival eta of 10-15 mins. They were supposed to inspect my oven and tell me why it stopped working but spent almost 20 mins playing with my stove top knobs, at which point I told them to stop. I sent them away and called their office notifying them of my disappointment and that I would not be paying the 85 minimum service fee for their visit. I can assure you these technicians have had no professional training to obtain any certifications in this field.
Horrible Horrible service. DO NOT call for their service. My fridge stopped working, called them to come and check it out, charge me 80 just to come look at it. both came very confused didnt even know what was wrong with it. They ended up saying it was the computer. Said you can order it, it wil get here 3 days and changed it and said one day so I go ahead and ordered it. Call me back saying it was going to be a whole week, asked if i can get it sooner they said yes but be extra 40.I said go ahead. Few days later, came to put the computer still didn't turn on, different person came. He checked my old computer that it had on and said it was good that it wasn't the computer. he said it could be the compressor he said estimate 35. but that he was going to send his boss the next day to make sure. I was ok yea. The next day the boss came and still didn't know. My mom told him it could be the compressor so they checked it turns out it was. how concidenenc. Now from 400 to 35 and now charging me almost 800 for their service, new compressor and a fuse. I WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIER REPAIR SERVICE. Best off just buying a new fridge with their ridiculous prices.
