Our AC was being problematic and I had to call them. They squeezed a home visit for us and the AC was inspected. They explained everything to us and I loved that they don't try to sell you anything by lying. We made the decision to upgrade our unit and they came in and did the switch. Didn't take more than 3 hours and it was ready and working. Definitely recommend them for any AC problems.

I called and the lady who answered was very energetic and polite. She scheduled an appointment for today but they never showed up. Then I called and the recording said a rep would be right with me but it rang, then, I heard them answer and hang up!!! What kind of service do these people provide?! And that is just an appointment for a quote, how can they be trusted to show up do the actual job?!.... I have changed my review from a one star to five stars. The manager Lorena, after several attempts, contacted me and apologized and set up an appointment for today. The tech was punctual and professional. That's exactly how you do business! Thank you!
