Great, hassle-free experience from the moment I arrive at Bert Ogden Toyota. Israel Sanchez & Juan Gonzales both made me feel comfortable about the entire process. They both emphasized to not make a decision until I had slept on it and spoken to my family but I knew going in there that if the numbers were right I’d go home with a vehicle that night. I appreciated the concern for the customer and the fact that they weren’t pressuring you into purchasing a car. They were very considerate of the customer and the experience. All-in-all, I’d recommend anyone that is looking or wanting to just test drive without worrying about feeling pressured into purchasing a car then this is the place to go. I ended up going home with the vehicle I had envisioned myself driving. They didn’t try to sell me any upgrades trim or package to make more money off of me. They honestly, let me dictate the entire experience and answered all the questions I had. Most of the questions I asked I already knew the answers to so I wanted to ensure the salesman knew what he was talking about and they did. I’m a proud Bert Ogden Toyota customer.
