We walked in knowing price range. Needed fridge, range, dishwasher and over range microwave. She helped us find what WE wanted and quick. We hurried to get everything in the computer to get next day (Sunday) delivery. The whole thing took 30 min. Delivery was great they unboxed everything outside so I didn't have that mess. We installed dishwasher and microwave ourselves but they opened and made sure they were not damaged and put them in the kitchen for install. It's was great! Fastest purchase and delivery I've ever had.
Elva was a fantastic help. She was patient, knowledgeable, and did not try to push the sale before I was ready. She explained all financing options and even suggested some complementary pieces that were reduced price. Highly recommended.
Horrible Customer Service.. Terrible quality on these chairs and they weren't willing to exchange style. Bought in July and broke within 2nd month.. ..Once they get u in debt it's out of thier hands.. Don't buy here...
So I was online trying to purchase a TV from Conn's in Harlingen when Conn's called me. I spoke with Jaime when he told me he wouldn't be there and to ask for Eloy. Let me tell you, if you're looking for excellent customer service ask for Eloy, he's really knowledgeable, very well presentable, cool af guy, a real ace of spades. Not once did he bat an eye on any questions. I was in and out in 15 min or less. I told them what time I'd be there and they were ready for me when I got there. Got me a great deal. Go ask for Eloy!
