Does anyone know a number for this store? Number on google doesnt work. Had to make a payment. Had to call a store in Weslaco and was given a number to call and spoke with someone who was in Dallas. All that just to give a payment.
My grandmother who is 84 years old , her air-conditioned unit was not working and was sent off to get repaired but unfortunately due to a staff member who had the covid19 , the store was closed, which was very understandable. But they couldn't give her a replacement or credited to purchase another at another location. It was a couple of months she was out of an air-conditioner so I called for her and speak to another store manager to help her. The most upsetting part was they said the Harlingen store had been open for two weeks! They never called my grandmother to pick up her unit. Luckily we got matters taken care of. But a female employee was giving me a hard time and was pretending to be the manager.
my experience at this store was very bad. My dad has been buying from famsa for years, and this time that we purchased an AC with the Sales Kassandra, she lied to us about a warranty. She added the warranty without our permission. like i said we been buying from them for years, and we never had this issue. when we found out about the warranty about a month later, we confronted her telling her to give us a refund and she was very rude, and decided to not help us. she said that she could not do anything because we has asked for the warranty, which is a big lie. i don't know why the store has people like that working, no wonder why she was fired from conns. (she used to work at conns). VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, IF YOU GO DO NOT GET HELP FROM HER, SHE WILL BE NICE AT FIRST BUT WILL SCREW YOU AND WONT HELP YOU AFTERWARDS!!!!!!!!!
