We used to have Spectrum and would pay over 70 for \100\ download but only got up to 18 on a good day! We recently switched over to Gigabit and we sometimes get up to 120 download and we are on the 100mbps plan! The service is so much better, my family can actually watch movies again, and my kids can stay on their zoom classes without any issues!! Aside from good service, everyone I have interacted with has been so helpful from the office staff to the technicians. Thank you Gigabit!!!

I am beyond satisfied with gigabit service! I had VTX1 and was paying a lot for slow speed internet... Baltazar and Santiago came out and installed gigabit within minutes...didn’t waste any time and got me connected quickly! My internet service is super fast!! They were extremely professional and courteous! The prices and packages are very affordable for the excellent speed!! I highly recommend gigabit! ️️️️️

I have been with gigabit communications for about 1 year now .. my router was having problems by my own doing. I called they responded to my call quickly and had a tech spend almost an hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot. When that didn’t work they sent techs Eli and Issac they came out very professional fixed the problem. It just so happened same night it went out again I texted Eli and he was on the phone at 11:00 pm helping me troubleshoot . We got it working he went over and beyond and I want to thank them. Great customer service I recommend gigabit to anyone looking for internet service.
