I have mixed feelings on this place as a nature park. They do have great trails for running or walking dogs. So much of their vegetation consists of invasive species. No real opportunity for bird watching, but there are tons of chachalacas calling in this area in early spring though. There is a great vantage point to look down on the Arroyo Colorado and a rusty railroad bridge from here if that floats your boat. Regardless, entrance is free.
