Drove from McAllen to Harlingen. Rude personnel.never got to get my glasses.no answers.wont be back again.

Had an appointment today did my best to get there in time include missing work just for me to get there in time fill out all paperwork needed just to find out the doctor went to the next appointment after me because they did not check me in then to top it off the kiosk did not let me do mileage reimbursement because the guy never check me in so their answer was to reschedule me so I can have another day of me missing work we always put our appointments at priority but not treated as priority
