Called on a Wednesday was told they would be out that day or Thursday morning. Called again about noon on Thursday, was told it would be that afternoon. Called again Monday morning said it would be shortly. Now it is 4pm Monday and still no propane. . Poor service and poor customer service. Talked to three different people and gave all of them my information. Very poor service.

Poor customer service. Poor management. Drivers unhappy. They don't answer their phone, put you on hold, then hang up. U-Haul is available for 2.59 per gal. 20 unhappy Hino customers have switched to U-Haul. Remember, they hang up on long time customers.

1. Poor communication. After paying for the tank I never received an update. I had to call them. They said they were waiting for the order to be shipped to them. 2. After receiving the order, I never received and update and when I called the guy said he was about to call me to schedule the delivery. 3. When the delivery date came, their delivery truck broke. 4. I had to call them many times to get an update. 5. When they finally installed the tank it was in the wrong location we had agreed upon. 6. The base was supposed to be cement and afterward they said I was the one who had to have the base ready for them. 7. The installers cut my internet cable. Afterward they said I was the one who had to let them know where any cables were. 8. They do not take responsibility and always blame the customer or the equipment. 9. It took approximately 2 months for delivery and install. I would NOT recommend them for residential.

Propane is sold strictly by tank “size”. For instance, they charged a flat 18 for my 30# tank. Luckily, it was empty. But if had only needed a couple gallons, the price would have still been 18. So don’t go here to “top off” your partially-empty propane tanks. Located at a busy intersection, so not an easy in & out for a motor home. They do also sell gas/diesel for your truck. Guys at counter are about as friendly as a rock.
