Great bedside manner and highly knowledgeable. I came in not knowing what to expect only to keep Menchaca as my primary Dr. I had an unknown allergy that multiple Drs wrote off and offered no help but one visit with Menchaca and within minutes he had diagnosed the issue and prescribed medication. Since then I haven’t had anymore issues. I have recommended them to multiple friends and family members.

A family member needed to be seen here in the states. They had been going to Mexico because of how expensive it is here. Thankfully I saw Menchaca Family Clinic on FB and was reading their approach to healthcare. It is a monthly fee depending on patient's age. No copays, no deductibles, no \let me verify with your insurance\, no premiums, no out of pocket maximums, just taking care of the person and their ailment. We signed up online and that same day, received a phone call by Mary. She is super sweet and polite. Thank you Mary! We scheduled the initial visit and in just a few days, we were there at the time scheduled. No lines, no waiting, no random people coughing and sneezing all over the place. Not even a TV. What for? You won't wait long enough. Mary helped with some blood work and then the next week we received a call for the results. Mr. Menchaca went over the results very thoroughly and explained everything bit by bit along with a physical assessment. The prescription was faxed to our local pharmacy within a few hrs. I have never seen an office so organized. So technologically advanced. We don't even have to \sign in\ when we go in. \Healthcare like a gym membership.\ Thank you Menchaca Family Clinic for these last two weeks. So thankful to have you in the RGV. Highly recommend!!!

Great doctor pay depending on your age per month and have unlimited visits.
Had a great experience. Doctor is very helpful, explains in depth the reason for medications and takes the time to listen and understand what your feeling. I went in and was seen received in less than 5 minutes. He checked all my symptoms and found the cause of my pain. The prescription was sent as soon as we finished talking, so by the time I arrived at tge pharmacy it was ready to be picked up and didnt had to wait. Office is very clean and organized and staff super friendly. Highly recomend to someone that wants to go in and wants a doctor that will make sure you get well soon.
