Waited almost 2 hours before I left without seeing a doctor for an appointment I had scheduled 4 months ago. I guess if you’re an established patient they will put new patients before you. Very unprofessional overall. I scheduled a video consultation and they tried to scam me into paying a higher copay until I told them the correct copay for my insurance. Still haven’t seen a doctor. They told me they’d call me back but never did and they aren’t answering the phone. Very frustrating when people don’t do their job. I don’t even live in town, they wasted my whole day.

I waited two hours before I saw Dr. Alvarez. From what I gathered speaking to other patients waiting was that this Doc is known for long wait times. When I first met her she didn't apologize for the long wait either and spent less than 15 minutes with me(new patients typically require 30 min). Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I don't know if she was just running really behind today or this is normal, but I really didn't come out of there satisfied with care. I'm sure my insurance is being billed for the 30 minute new patient time anyway. As a patient, I do have high standards for overall care and this one did not meet mine.

Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Then the doctor only talked to us for 10 minutes. Charged us 250. Never ordered the test or prescription promised. Had to call and remind them! Ordered the test but still waiting on the prescription. Animal clinics are better than this! Reponse to response: This was brought up to the doctor. Twice. It should be the doctors job to empathetic. We are patients. I was charged because I don't have insurance. You can call me a liar but it doesn't change the fact.

Has been my doctor for 3 years coming this March! Yes you wait along time to see her but she has done more for me then any other doctor I have had ! I recommended her !! She’s legit !! Her staff is really nice

Waited two hours to be seen and visit took 10 minutes. Ordered xrays and bloodwork. At second visit prescribed an opioid medication for my pain; 3 times a day, 90 day supply. No wonder there is an opioid addiction problem in this country. This doctor does not care about her patients if you ask me..not going back.
