Ordered a case of oranges and grapefruit for this Christmas. I had an issue with the order and they addressed the issue. They are reputable and the fruit is delicious. Thanks for the good fruit- it is yummy.

Most of the fruit was at least ok but the fruit with green mold definitely was bad which got me to call customer service to find out the green moldy fruit was much better than the customer service. I would never use this company to give a gift to anyone that I like.

Pears looked great,BUT Pears looked great, ordered for family members and myself. Family complained they were over ripe when arrived. Mine were black and unfit except 2 of regular green pears. I would NOT recommend sending this stuff. After sending 3 notes to customer service and receiving NO response, I recommend Harry and David. They at least replace bad fruit. They at least have customer service. This company has been worst of this holiday season and not of quality to depend on for fruit.....so next day after I posted this review I get a reply about how sorry they are and overwhelmed, etc. And how they stand behind satisfaction. At least they didn't blame Sars CoV 2....like I said, no fruit and no money. I still vote Harry and David. Reply from Pittman & Davis 15 minutes ago Please accept our apology! We are experiencing greater volumes than usual for all Customer Service team and we are working to answer all phone calls, emails and reviews in a timely manner. My Christmas gifts have still not arrived. It's been a month since the order was placed with the only communication being one email guaranteeing the gifts would be delivered the week between Christmas/ New Year's. I was told last Wednesday I would receive a call within 48 hours, I'm still waiting. I was on hold this morning for 52 minutes when I hung up in disgust. Deliver the baskets this week or I want my money refunded immediately.

A one star is too generous for this business. This was my first order from Pittman & Davis and will definitely be my last! I ordered a 1/2 bushel of oranges and they arrived the week of Thanksgiving...half of them ROTTEN! It is now a new year and I have made 4 phone calls to the company requesting a refund since I paid for them. I called on 12/5, 12/19, 12/28, & 1/4...to date no refund has been sent. Each tine I call, I am told a different story about my refund. Horrible, horrible company to deal with. People, please take your business elsewhere!
