It’s ridiculous what other companies try to charge compared to the incredible service And price I got from PopALock! Jacob was excellent.
I called at 7:22pm and they took a little while to answer. Once they did they said it would be 25-35 min. I waited and waited. After about 40 min I called and was told he got held up and it would be another 20. I should have canceled it then and there. I had to call again and was told he was a couple minutes out. Another 15 minutes pass and I end up calling back. This time I was on hold for about 8 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The lady answered and she was surprised to see that I had been waiting for over an hour and a half. She tried calling the driver and he didnt answer her either. I canceled and had another guy from another company come within 12 minutes. I did receive a call from the driver on his personal cell with an apology and an explanation that his work phone was broken.
If I can give them no stars at all I would. I had been waiting for roadside assistance for a tire change and they never got here... I was stuck on the side of the expressway for ever I had to call my insurance to get me another company to come help me.
Locked my key in my van and within the hour, Edward from Pop-A-Lock was getting my signature for the receipt and popping open the passenger door so I could get back to work. His friendly and professional demeanor was a much needed balm after the stress of calling around local places that wanted to charge me 50 minimum. Pop-A-Lock came down from Harlingen and offered their help for just 35. He cheerily shared some adhesive calendars to share friends and family; so I just had to commend his customer service - on such short notice, on this platform, too! Thanks, Edward!
