Absolutely impressed with Ram's Computer repair services! My lenovo laptop would not get passed the welcome screen. After trying many online fixes, to no avail, i reached out to Ram's and was answered quickly. Took him my laptop Wednesday morning and received it back like brand new Thursday evening. Received beneficial information and detailed rundown of all that was needed to fix my laptop. Laptop is running better than ever and faster than before. Highly, highly recommended this service!!
Excellent service. Broke down why my computer was having issues and even recommended the best solutions to fix it. Their prices are fair as they use state of the art parts. I highly recommend going to them if your computer is having issues.
Unfortunately, I took my sons computer monitor to fix I was charged 40 bucks. To check , then was called and told it still had warranty *( great..right ...but I knew this) so they told me that I was going to get charged a fee for them to pack it up and send to company... so I was charged to find out something I already knew and then changed again to get it sent out to get fixed.... I mean really ! Come on
