When renting the margarita machine the 5 gallon jug they provided had mold all over the lid. When we returned the machine and jug they refused to give us the FIVE DOLLARS for a refund for not using the jug. Very rude. Do not come here unless you like moldy stuff.

Lisa and Susan took care of Baker's acres with the billy goat. They showed us an older model and told us the new one and be in the next day. We decided to wait and even though it wasn't back by 11 they called to tell us that they would have him a machine brought over for us. What a dream tool you take care of my dog grass my weeds and some bushes and we gave it a workout. Cable broke the end of the day and they were willing to let us bring it in for repair and keep it the next day but since we were leaving they pro rated just a half a day. Super people all the way around they have what you need and we'll get it to you for a great price.

Called and put a piece of equipment on reserve. Showed up the of to pick up equipment and they couldn't find my reservation. After checking their system, they put my reservation under an inquiry and rented my equipment to someone else! They then told me I could drive to a different city and get one but didn't offer to have it brought to their location. Not even an apology for the mistake! I had to send my crew home for the day and explain to my customer the reason why we couldn't move forward on their project. Cost me time and money! How embarrassing!! I also think the staff could benefit from some professional customer sevice trading.
