Needs allot better customer service platform. I was there a while made observations Spectrum needs to strengthen there customer service base

Their employees refuse to process payments. They state \ they have NO money to process any payments\. I called their corporate office and was told \ all Spectrum employees at the store are required to process payments\. This store makes up their own policies. After 23 years in retail and business, this crew needs re training in customer service. then being told to be prepared next time to use the Kiosk since they will not process my payment.
I had to call the company to remind them of services I needed. Installation was done by Three different installers during a week of phone calls. Their workers need to be better coordinated and their crews trained better. However, the quality of their tv reception is superb.
Went in to grab my WiFi boxes the other day and Billy saved me a little money on my mobile bill. Highly recommend! Thanks Billy
