Im rating then for their phone service. They never pick up the phone. They ask we call before showing up but yet NEVER answer the phone. I also tried selecting the wrong number to try and get someone else but when I did all the person did was transfer me back to the same line that never gets picked up..Which i the pediatric nurse by the way.

Giving 4 stars for pediatrics because I take my daughter there and so far have had a good experience . I was also a patient there as a child. But 1 star for women’s health because I just stopped by to ask some questions and the lady at the front desk was being rude. I had a similar experience with a previous girl from when I was pregnant and going there. But she wasn’t so bad, though this lady I just come across after a year of not going was unprofessional. Her tone of voice said everything. And I made an appointment but I don’t feel comfortable with it anymore so I will be looking into another clinic from now on. Most staff is decent but I didn’t feel very welcomed.

very happy with my child's doctor however the red tape involved in getting ANYTHING other than a quick fix visit is unreal anytime you go for anything other than that you will be referred out between the wait for the visit, then the wait to get the referrals done you should not have to take a whole damn day off work to deal with one problem

If I could choose a zero I would. Terrible customer experience, I would not recommend this place. Stopped by for some records and was given the run around. They keep passing the blame to each other and don’t want to take ownership of my documentation. Do NOT trust this place.
