Upon entering the staff had great customer service!! They helped me out so much, the only reason I gave it a 2 start was the manager! I called him asking what would happen if I didn’t return the truck the next day, because I was having trouble with the move in. All he cared about was himself saying he would be out 60 he would have to credit because supposedly “a family had already reserved it a week or 2 weeks ahead” \u003csounded made up. I was like well what is company policy if I can’t return on time, which I don’t mind paying extra fees. He said yes you can keep it but I’ll be out 60... all he cared was about himself and didn’t show that customer service. I had a problem too, so that whole night I had to unload everything at a friends house that I had loaded up. I only returned the truck because I had sympathy for the other family... Joseph needs to work on his management skills, find solutions not create problems.
Good customer service and was able to reserve my uhual even though they didn't have it available at that location.
The address written on here is wrong!!! If you use google maps it will totally bring you to another location
Staff is serviceable but they gave us a truck that stalled out on us in the middle of our move. A relative had to jumpstart the truck with their own cables. This means staff probably aren’t keeping up with the maintenance. Their customer service department didn’t even offer to reimburse us for our troubles. I would suggest another Uhaul location or another storage/moving company.
