Hi I am really concerned that you would suspend a student for making a gun gesture with his hands. What about the deaf children who use sign language? This tells me that your school seems to lack common sense. The boy's mom is right, he should do an essay on why he should not do that. You need to look at your policy and change it. Do you having meetings with the children and let them know what they can not say, do or in this case act out something? Just wondering? Best regards T
