My experience At Harmony place I feel great and love my apartment been living here since they opened early October 2020 I love the fact that they have laundry on every floor spacious kitchen bedroom and bath, We have a pretty cool manager and maintenance man with all being said overall it's a beautiful place to live. The only thing I dislike is walking my trash outside to the dumpster.

I live here and I think it is nice inside, but the environment needs work. The staff is great and the handyman helps when needed. I have been here for 2 months now. I just wish the residents would take pride of where they live. I have two dogs and I found out that the dog can not pee on the property. I can not talk to a dog and tell him not to pee as soon as he comes outside. When a dog has to pee, he has to go regardless of where he is. I can not pick up the pee on the property, but I can make sure he do not miss on the grounds.

Moved here in October 2020. I am very happy here because the property is well maintained, security is good and any request to that needs to be handled is done quickly. The community manager Sherita Anderson, is curteous, caring emphatic and very professional. She is not over bearing but does enforce all rules that the company states that she should follow to maintain the the security and safety of the residents. John, the maintenance professional is,curteous,hospital always has a smile and does an efficent and great job at keeping the premises clean and doing the jobs that requires his skills. I think my decision to move here was definitely a good one. here because was the property is maintain very welIt i
