I’ve tried other cold brew in the area, but Agia Sophia simply has the best. It was so smooth that I didn’t even add my usual half and half. The atmosphere is calm and is great for getting work done or reading.

I have been going here for a couple of years and I enjoy it every time. The iced and hot teas are delicious as well as the coffees. The homemade soups have always been superior. And, knowing that my money is going to a charity of the month, I feel good every time I eat here. The baked goods are yummy also! Highly recommend

There are almost always 2 *delicious* homemade vegetarian soups available daily. With that, you get a piece of homemade bread. Very reasonable price for the soup. They also have quiches and baked desserts which are also tasty. The space is open yet cozy and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant. In addition, they donate profits to local charities and many donate their time to the shop as well. Highly recommended!

Great coffee, baked goods, delicious soups with fresh baked bread served in REAL bowls with real silverware. Take your meal to a variety of seating -- cozy or quick -- and come away feeling satiated and content. Very satisfying lunch for a reasonable price. Despite the feeling you're in a place of worship, they won't preach to you unless you'd like to receive the good word. And always a chance to donate to a rotating good cause.

Fantastic coffee, amazing snacks and beautiful Ambience. I especially like the fact they have multiple little sitting areas in separate rooms so you can have somewhat private conversations. Additionally, the variety of coffees they offer is just fantastic. The only reason I'm not going with five stars is due to the inconvenience of parking. You will have to pay to park and probably walk over. Additionally, the parking meters are not too bad as you can pay with credit card and have them text your phone to refill the meter.

This is my go to coffee shop in Harrisburg. > Atmosphere is great. I'm Protestant, not Orthodox, but I love the Orthodox music and aesthetic of the coffee shop. > Good coffee. The only negative I've heard about Agia Sophia is that it's not Little Amps. Little Amps has very good coffee, but it's very, very strong. I don't mind grabbing a cup from them in the morning but for the afternoon pick me up, I much prefer Agia Sophia. > Government and student discount. Government employees get 15% off on Mondays and students always get 10% off. > Proceeds benefit local charities. The charity varies from month to month.

This was an enchanting little coffee shop. It is modeled after the Agia Sophia Coffee shop in Colorado Springs. The coffee is delicious and, unlike Starbucks, lattes and cappuccinos are distinctly different in their froth (which I SO appreciate). The soup I had (tomato and quinoa) was the perfect marriage of hearty soul food and healthy ingredients that left me feeling satisfied but not weighed down. The staff is fabulous and run by knowledgeable full time employees and a motley crew of bright eyed volunteers. The music track does consist of Gregorian chants, so do be mindful and bring headphones for work if this music is distracting to you. Overall I gave it 4 out of 5 because, though a charming coffee shop with amazing soup, I did not leave feeling pizzazzed or totally wowed. If you are in the area for a trip, definitely stop by.

I love their rotating selection of homemade soups. Their coffee and espresso drinks are always great, too.
