Honestly a horrible experience. It took 5 months from applying until being offered a start date. This place has bad reviews for a reason. The inability to communicate is embarrassing for a recruiting company. There are no clear information packets, you must think to ask for everything yourself. I never had to interview or speak with a single person on the phone (red flag) and would go over a month at a time without hearing word from my recruiter. There will always be random people CC'd in your emails containing personal information such as a social security number. As the start date approached, I could not get any questions answered regarding the position, I was just repeatedly told to start the job (start the contract) and then figure it out. Which is a total scam. Once I decided I was not comfortable with this company, I was sent a nasty email that I wasted time and \gave up\. Very unprofessional and does not have a good reputation among the healthcare community in Pittsburgh, PA.

i would give them no stars if i could. i have been working here for a little over a month. EACH and EVERY paycheck i receive and have received has been cut. the hours paid DOES NOT reflect hours worked. I will be seeking counsel for this company. i was forced to work over 120 hours a week. i was forced to work 72 hour shifts with no sleep. not a good company at all very shady. BEWARE

This an awful company period they start their caregiver's at an incredible low hourly rate. The rate is laughable and they expect so much, The staff in this office I'd terrible and I think their clueless on how to run a company with awful customer service skills. The girl doing the training honestly has no idea what she's doing I don't even know if this company is still in service but I personal experience was not good at all

I have not received a check from this company in over a month , I called ... emailed an still haven’t received a call back about when I should be receiving the check I worked for almost a month an a half ago . Unprofessional .
