Contacted them several times about getting some front seats and door pulls from a Saab that they had. I had to consistently call back for updates and all I heard were continuous excuses and never received follow-ups or returned calls after waiting 6 weeks I gave up on trying with them and got the seats elsewhere. Pretty disappointed since they are conveniently located. Response to the pathetic reply this company gave me: There's nothing about how I feel it's just the facts you refused to contact me back after I reached out to you multiple times. Yes it is true I was sent photos and I replied to those photos saying those are what I want let me know when I can pick them up. What I got in return was we'll have to take few days to go get the parts and then never got a reply. As a customer I'm not here to run the business for you follow up is key I'll give you that advice for free. Another piece of advice that I'll freely give don't ever blame the customer which you're clearly doing in your responses to your reviews to try and save face it's amateur and pathetic take responsibility, adapt, create solutions not excuses.
