My first contact was Brian who came to the house on the same day I made an inquiry online which was a Saturday. He spent an hour and a half explaining the working of the heat pump, what was involved, and gave a fair price. The installers were lead by Cory who was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient to answer all my questions making sure we were satisfied from the beginning to the end. Mike assisted with the installation and was a very hard worker and very respectful and courteous. I would recommend them to others.

I just wanted to contact you regarding the wonderful service I received during the installation of my new furnace and AC unit. Not only were the technicians helpful and courteous but they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the new wifi thermostat. It's now happily residing on my home network and can be controlled like all my other Alexa devices. I have to say that they were punctual, arriving promptly at 7:30 am and were completely done by 1:30 pm. They even had to run a new exhaust. The installation looks beautiful and they cleaned up after they were done. I can't tell that they were here at all except that my furnace now works. I can't wait to try out the AC this summer. Your company made what was an awful situation into a wonderful, worry free experience. Thank you again.

Serviced the “harmonic” loud sound that was quite bothersome each time the furnace turned on. The technician,Brian, quickly diagnosed that my intake grill was installed upside down causing the noise. He also instructed me on how to work my thermostat for heating and cooling. I signed on to the MVP Plan and glad I did. The reviews re: HL Bowman reliable service and reputation led me to call after my prior service company closed their business. I am very happy to be a new customer!
