I had an excellent experience purchasing a new truck at Hoffman Ford. Because we live on the other side of the state, the majority of our transaction was done over the phone or remotely. Joe, our salesman, made himself easily accessible to help facilitate the transaction. Because we wanted a short turnaround time on our travel to and from the dealership to pick up the truck, they had everything ready for us so that our time at the dealership could be kept to a minimum. Kevin Hunter was our salesman and after giving us great customer service, we decided to go forth with the purchase. Mike in financing also was able to make the finance process as painless as possible. The coffee was not to bad either!
