Recognizing a need for under-served girls to overcome the cyclical limitations of their social economic backgrounds, Ashley became steadfast in her pursuit of providing these young women with an opportunity to look beyond their backyards. Aware that there are different approaches to grow and develop these young women as well-rounded citizens and leaders in the community, Ashley conceptualized an organization that empowers young women to achieve greatness through full immersion in our Cultural Enrichment Program (CEP) and International Youth Service Project (IYSP).
