We have purchased from M&Z several times in the past. We have ALWAYS been very happy with the entire experience. We did stop a a nearby competitor this time because they were new, just to test the water. WOW! We really realized just how good M&Z Costumer service and product knowledge is in comparison. The salesman, Doug, was attentive to our needs, dropped by to measure that same day, and was careful to explain contract and answer questions. Installer, Athan, was an outstanding Craftsman, showed up on time both days and even performed some touch-ups not included in contract. A all around.

I was on a very tight schedule to have it purchased and installed and the staff immediately went to work to call and see what install date was available. It was purchased, scheduled and installed in a week. Very pleased with the carpet and service. Other carpet stores laughed and said there was no way to help. Thank you M&Z!
