Currently having a regulator rebuilt, I have called twice with no answer, looking for an ETA, so I can get 2 exhaust jobs done. I will update appropriately after our transaction is complete. So far I was told 50-60 dollars and if more than that or if it can't be fixed they will call me... so let's see how this turns out.... not answering the phone when i call is already losing a star.... :/.... I got the regulator back, it wasn't 50-60 dollars, they didn't call informing that it was going to cost more, they did call and tell me it was done, 105 on the phone but 111 when I showed up to pick it up.... they did fix the cost and made it just under 105 dollars. The regulator looks nice and works as it should. It was a very nice rebuild job, done in a reasonable time for a reasonable amount of money.... the hokey dokey with the phones and the cost wasn't so pleasant, but I might have the Oxygen regulator rebuilt too, they did do a good job.

My experience with this Harrisburg store has been horrible. I leased 2 cylinders from this store, But I am also being billed each month for rental. I refuse to pay the rental fees for I have already paid the lease fees and I get threatening letters constantly. I am constantly calling the company and each time they promise me the issue is taken care of, but each month I receive another bill for rental, and now another letter saying they are turning it over to a collection agency. This has been going on now for 6 months with no resolve. I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years with no problems, but this is the first time dealing with this Harrisburg branch. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they state they have tried to reach out to this store on my behalf but have received no response. There is more to this nightmare story but this is the ongoing part and it is already to long.
