Great yarn and great customer service. Premier Yarns are some of my favorite yarns and I've never had any issues with shipping or quality. They have great sales and a rewards program. They also have a local pickup option. ️

Apparently they have no customer service dept - only 2 people. It's been 3 weeks. No yarn - no refund. No return calls. No return emails after the initial. I'm done and never ordering from them again.
I purchased Sweet Rolls Spearmint--6 skeins. 4 have the same shade of blue but 2 have a slightly lighter but noticeable shade of blue yarn. Also, two of the rolls have lots of tie ons. Awful quality! Called and never anyone available to take the call.
I placed an order for the 10 dollar bundles on 1/6/18. Three weeks, multiple emails and phone messages later, still don't know what happened to the yarn. I finally received an email for a partial refund but no explanation. I called the company this morning and was told by the receptionist that she would send email to someone else regarding my order. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in this company. No one has responded in weeks. She told me that she is only a receptionist and can only send email to Customer Service that I only received a partial refund. Apparently she totally missed the fact that I told her I want the yarn that I paid for to be shipped. Looking at the website, I see that many things I ordered are sold out. It doesn't matter how great the yarn is or how wonderful the price if you never receive it.
Apparently, my 175 order of yarn simply vanished. I sent an email inquiry 10 days after the order, when UPS tracking showed it still hadn't been picked up from the warehouse. No response from Premier Yarns. I sent another email a week later and then another a week after that - NO response. With the 4th email a few days later, I said I'd file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I got a quick email response (imagine that!) saying they were looking for my order and would get back to me immediately. Crickets for a week...... I sent a 5th email a week later stating the same thing and got a fairly quick phone call. The representative said they have no idea what happened to my order, but are certain it wasn't sent. And - oh by the way- some of the yarn you ordered is now out of stock but we can send the rest of the order. Explanations were offered about new people in their jobs, blah, blah, blah, but I received no offer to make up for the month-long, abysmal customer service. The representative said \at least you'll get free shipping on the remainder of your order.\ At this point, I lost ALL confidence in the company and decided they'll never get ANY of my business - mail order or from a retail store. I cancelled the entire order. I'm a high volume yarn user and have enjoyed using the Premier Yarns I've purchased in craft stores. Never again. Like another reviewer wisely stated \it doesn't matter how great the yarn is or how wonderful the price if you never receive it\. Beware buyers!
