Have had good and not so good here. The location in Hartisburg pays much more attention to detail.
Our server was super pleasant and the food was amazing. The tilapia and deviled eggs were well-seasoned, the salad bar was great, and the chocolate fall cake was delicious. Don’t order the hot chocolate, though. It tastes like water.
Food and service were good. salad bar is open, but they do follow covid guidelines of wearing your mask while getting food. they also require you to wear the plastic gloves they provide.
We don’t have a Ruby Tuesday near our home so we where really excited that while traveling to visit family we usually stop at this one. We sat down at 6:04 our food arrived at our table at 7:10 steak over cooked mash potatoes looked like someone had already been eating it, the kids sliders buns were hard as a rock and patty was over cooked, kids pasta was dry. I asked our server for Parmesan cheese he said he said “ I have never seen it here before, but I will check” never came back with it. After all the trouble and wait and another wait on bad food they had the audacity of dropping of the check at our table full amount. My and my husband’s meal was a choose 3 and was supposed to come with dessert and that was not even given. Honestly by then I was done. Since my meal was the only decent one I asked for the manager I told him the only mean I would pay for was mine and after hearing what happened he agreed. We will never come here again.
