Campus cookies is AMAZING! There is such a large selection of cookies and they are all delicious! The cookies come all warm and soft and good gravy boats are they addicting! I order so frequently I feel like a regular at this point. 10/10 recommend to anyone craving cookies

Amazing cookies and great service. If the orders ever take longer than usual, it’s generally during very busy times (back to school, finals, valentine’s, etc.) and they are very apologetic and do their best to make everything quickly and correctly. Love them!

So usually I love Campus Cookies, but my order today was bad. I place an order at 9:45 and still hadn’t gotten it by 10:30. I called the store twice but there was no answer. Then I tried sending a message on their live chat, but it was offline even though it was supposed to be open. Finally at 11:15 I got a text from the driver who was here to deliver my cookies. I get inside and open the box, and almost none of the cookies I ordered were in there. Maybe they were out of stock, but I didn’t receive a call or notice saying that they were being replaced with chocolate chip. To the store’s credit, the driver was super nice and the cookies were great once they got here. Still disappointed though :/

Worst service by far! My fiance and I decided to order cookies from here to take as a get well soon gift to a loved one. We ordered the cookies almost 2hrs ago (10 minutes shy) and still have not received them. The cookies were in \packaging status\ for almost an hour. So, l tried to call the store to speak with someone and just arrange to pick up the cookies instead so we could hurry to our visit. I tried calling the store 6 times and got no answer and was sent to voicemail. The voicemail prompt said to use the online web chat to talk to a customer care agent. When I attempted to to do this, the website said that the online chat was not online even though the hours for online chat operations were supposed to be available at the time of my chat. We then sent an email to the customer care team. Shortly after, we received a text message saying the cookies were being delivered 40 minutes ago. The store is less than 10 minutes from our house and we still have yet to receive them. Not only are we still awaiting for cookies that we ordered almost 2 hours ago, but not being able to speak with anyone regarding this is absurd! I will choose Insomnia cookies over doing this again any day! Update: Finally received the cookies 2hrs later, barely warm. These are not fresh and quality standard. The person dropping them off did not even apologize for the delay in delivery.
