I have been ordering and eating at Jpetal since they opened! It was the only place around that I could enjoy a yummy poke bowl. Since reopening from COVID the food has been terrible. I kept ordering thinking it was just a one time thing. I always ask for extra sauce on the side and the past 3 orders I have not gotten it. Today I ordered and the mango was frozen, there was water at the bottom of the bowl and the rice was not fully cooked. I’m not sure why the food has gone down hill but it certainly has. They have lost my business. Update: After posting my review the managers of Jpetal reached out to me letting me know they were very sorry. I let them know because of Covid I know some things have happened. They provided me with a free meal and an apology. Today I got my free meal and it was hand delivered to me at my work with an apology. My food today tasted as yummy as it used to when I got it before! It is nice to have someone try and work so hard to keep their customers happy.
This is a great restaurant ! Great and healthy , fresh food ! We need the restaurant around us always!
This place has delish poke bowls but I’m giving it a 4 Star bc there needs to be a menu online via Google. I don’t know what my options are since my menu was misplaced. Other than that! Awesome!
This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. During the covid-19, they paid great attention to safety. Every time the cashier puts on my card with new gloves, it makes me feel at ease. We need more such safe restaurants in our town right now. And they have halal food!
I love boba tea and I come here almost every day- surely the best in town! The tapioca is well-cooked and they treat their customers with kindness. They really made me feel at home while I am here in Harrisonburg on business for a couple months. If I could stay just to keep coming here, I would. Thank you guys for everything you do!
I have ordered one Chicken Teriyaki, l love it, it is ver delicious! I highly recommend you the J-petal restaurant if you didn't try it yet!
