Let me tell you Chad, Kim, and Nathan Parker are the best! The service department found some serious problems with my truck. Nathan assisted me with the issue so much. I'm so grateful for the loaner that Kim prepared for me, and Chad killed it in giving me bad news. My experience started off a little rocky, but Nathan stepped in and handled it like a pro.
