Absolutely horrible! They will tell you that X amount of visits are covered through your insurance but what they will not tell you that its only partially covered and you will owe them. They got us for a few thousand dollars. Just found out they have done it to others as well. Please be very aware when going here. As far as service I was not impressed. The PT's would stand around and chit chat the entire time disregarding me as the patient. Most of the time I didn't know if I was doing everything right and they didn't seem to care I was there.

Sherry and her staff know what they are doing. I was sent to rehab my leg and within 2 weeks, I felt TONS better. I am very appreciative and thankful for all their help. If I require PT in the future, I will definitely come back here.

My daughter has been a patient at SERC two different times in the past three years. They are very thorough, and really pushed her to regain her mobility and strength. They are always very polite, responsive, and it's easy to get appointments set that work with the schedule of a busy teenager.

I went here for physical therapy. I've never had physical therapy before and was not sure what to expect. My nervousness was quickly out to rest....The staff and my physical therapist were all fantastic! They show compassion and care in a professional manner, they take an interest in your health. I was impressed by the staff and also by the effectiveness of the physical therapy. I am feeling much better - I highly recommend SERC physical therapy! Very knowledgeable and caring staff!!
