Friendly crew. Very helpful with our situation.
Trying to rent a small utility trailer. Tried reservations online for the next 4 days and it keeps telling me they're in high demand, pick a big utility trailer or a cargo trailer. Called and the woman was rude and absolutely no help for figuring out when one might be available or if they even rent them at this location. U-Haul needs to figure their stuff out because as it stands, I'd rather drive out of town to pick up from someone else over dealing with their incompetence.
They really went above and beyond! Great customer service.
I wish I could give no stars. I had a reservation and there was no one there to meet me and give me the truck. I had to call uhaul and they sent me to belton. Ridiculous.
