While he was there, my father was well cared for, and he was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Everyone went out of their way to make him feel at home. For dinner one night he had shrimp scampi and a week later, he was served crab cakes. Over the past few months, Dad has been in several different facilities for various reasons, and between all of them, he liked the food here better than any of the rest. Tish even bought him strawberry ice cream, just because it's his favorite flavor.

My uncle and I have both been very pleased with the friendly and caring staff at Hart Heritage. The medical team has been superb at managing my uncle's medical needs and the administration has been a pleasure to work with. It's so relieving to know that he's being well cared for.

Going through the process of selecting an assisted living facility or in this case, a new \home\ for our loved one, was difficult. There is much to evaluate and learn in order to feel you have made an informed decision. Our family did not take this lightly. The team at Hart went above and beyond in answering our questions and addressing our needs. They were actively engaged, educating us and offering solutions to make the \move\ as smooth as possible. They listened and so did everyone involved in the transition of care for our loved one. Our family member is a now happy resident at Hart Heritage, Forest Hill. The staff is truly caring and compassionate, they are considered friends. Our loved one is thriving; has new friends and experiences to engage in, loves the caregivers and worries less about life. They feel secure with their new 'extended family' and we do too. We could not ask for more.

Hart Heritage in Street Md is warm & cozy. The inside feels like home with subdued lighting, and many homey touches. Not cold, bright and strike looking like other facilities we were accustomed to. It is nestled in a beautifully landscaped country setting. The cows next door are often times close to the fence for a visit. The staff is attentive and very caring. I am very happy we found Hart Heritage for our Mom. She seems so much more at ease there. I could continue to sing their praises, but w ant to make this brief so purple will read it. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, check them out!
