Took forever to have someone come out to give me an estimate on replacing a set of existing gas logs. Technician that came out was nice but I never received an estimate despite several calls to the office. I always thought businesses were open to make money, I told them I had cash in my budget to do the work and was interested in doing the work as soon as possible. After 4 calls into the office, I gave up. No estimate, no nothing...I figured if that's the way they do business I'd rather not have them do the work. The secretary was nice as well but actual customer service was nonexistent. I guess when you are limited in your choices as far as contractors is concerned you can write off potential customers thinking that they'll be back eventually cause \who else they gonna call?\. Well this is one customer that won't be back no matter what.
