If I could rate less than 1, I would. She was completely unprofessional and had no interest in facts. A cold, heartless beaurocrat who expected me to handle 99% of my own case. Red tape and channels matter more than a child's well being, and their own testimony. Never seek Uconn for legal aid if you care for your child.
